Thank you so much for thinking of Rhein Haus to provide food for your event.  Orders can be picked up as early as one hour before Rhein Haus opens for business on weekdays, and as early as the time of opening on Saturdays and Sundays.  All large scale pre-orders placed through the event planner will have tax, a 10% service charge, and a 3% admin fee applied to the bill.  A signed contract and credit card on file are required to confirm all orders.   There is a small load/unload spot right in front of Rhein Haus on 12th avenue.
